KOOKIE KAISER KLAN HERE, WISHING YOU THE BEST NOW AND IN THE COMING

YEAR.

We have had one of those good, bad, sad, glad, HAPPY years and you are
going to hear all about it, ready or not. If you get tired, set this
letter down and come back to it some other time, or just forget it. I
would.

JOYCE had a MEDICARE birthday in October. Sixty-five is YOUNG, MEDICARE
that's OLD! The happy, glad part, I received a printer for my computer
from all the children. Sad part, I don't have time to use it, OK, OK
I'll find it. Marv, the youg guy, received a set of GOLF CLUBS from the
offsprings, seen them yet, NO? Come on over, he keeps them next to his
chair waiting for Spring. Talk about GLAD, HAPPY that's MARV!

SAD, Anita had her tonsils taken out December 5, she is doing great.
We are GLAD. BAD part, she spent almost a week in the hospital before
that with quinsey. What's that? Well, it is like a boil on your
tonsils, and it hurts like, like, like, -- well, you know what I mean.
KRYSTON had her time in the hospital also. She had a total hip
replacement the twenty second of October. #XKZ#@LQX BEST DESCRIBES HOW
SHE CAME OUT OF THE ANESTHETIC. WOW! They sent her home in five days,
they could not have the hospital halls that BLUE all the time. She is
doing great, just ask her, and if you don't agree, she will hit you with
her crutch. She is going to have the other hip done in 2025, she says,
do you get the idea she is not too anxious?
Kraig gained and lost this year. Gained a boat, lost a girlfriend.
They decided that they were growing apart instead of closer. Good they
found out now, after a wedding is a bit late.

KURT, is now single. Took over a year, lots of frustration and the
lawyers did not do bad either. He is now a pretty content bachelor,
fireman, lover, and sometimes worker. He will be angry cause he has
been putting in lots of hours. BE GLAD KURT, I was only kiding.

KAREN & DON are pretty much back to normal now. Someone set a fire to
their garage last summer. That was the SAD part, the GOOD part is that
he knocked on their door and woke them up to tell them that their house
was on fire. The garage and all in it, including vehicles were a total
loss. Karen is still having nightmares over the experience.
DON TURNED FORTY THIS YEAR. He wanted me to let everyone know, your
welcome Don.
ANITA & ALICIA just turned 15, they are in nineth grade, play
basketball, play in the high school band, get good grades in school and
are typical teen-agers, boys are more interesting and fun than anything
or body. We still love them but it is harder because it is hard to find
them. They baby-sit a lot and earn most of their spending money, at
least they still like to do that. LOVE YA GIRLS!.
THE KANSAS CITY KIDS, will be here the day after Christmas, Mom and Dad
are bringing them. It will be nice to see them all again. Don't know
how they are doing in school but I bet it is like other years,
excellent. Shannon & Brendan both pay musical instruments so they are
both in school bands. Bridget's turn is coming. Still a little young
for that. She still takes dancing though, wish I were close enough to
watch.
SHARON & KEITH still work for PARS in KANSAS CITY. Spend most of their
after work hours running the children from one practice or game to
another. How I remember those days.
We attended two weddings this year. Brother Bob's daughter, Sandy, got
married this fall, beautiful wedding, beautiful Bride, handsome groom
and a Great Time. Friend Hilma's son, Gary, got married, we went, it
was in Detroit, had a great time, so glad we attended. What a very nice
couple. We also visited with Marv's cousin Florine. Had been many many
years since last we visited. Marv and I really enjoyed seeing her
again. Too bad I didn't get a letter off to her before we went to
Detroit so that she could have told her sister to come for a vist too.
Maybe next time. I was still in shock over MEDICARE how could I
remember to write.
HAD A 180 PARTY this summer. Three sisters-in-law turned 60. SAD I
can't name names, GLAD it was such a success, Sis, Marian helped make it
that way. We are a good team. She even wrote the commemorative poem
that accompanies each summer celebration.
HAD TWO BIRTHS THIS YEAR. Linda Olson Djankovic, Bud & Reenie's girl
had a daughter, Julianna, in March. What a sweetie, they came to the
summer party. Diane, Mare & Harv's daughter, had a baby boy TYLER
TIMOTHY WICK. He was born in October so I have not had the pleasure to
see him yet, but I do have a cute picture of him.
WISELEY'S have a new puppy. She is soooo cute. Her name is Bodega
Marlboro something or other. Very tiny, just the way I like them. Krys
also has a new "friend". I think he is a friend today, the situation
seems to change each day and I really don't know which day it is. His
name is John, he is really really tall and tries so hard to please, it
doesn't always work. His mother owns the ceramic shop in Crosby he is
her "HONEY DO".
FORMED A LAKE ASSOCIATION THIS YEAR. That is GOOD. We hope to save our
lake this way. Besides, any excuse to have a party is a good one.
SNOWED EARLY THIS YEAR. Started snowing HALLOWEEN night and did not
quit for three days. That's BAD. GOOD part is the rest of the state
got more snow than we did. That was too early to start winter.
MEDICARE hates winter too. Not GOOD.
TOWNSHIP built a town hall this year. The clert has a real nice
office. Does that mean I have to run for office again this year. The
work is interesting but keeps me so busy. That's BAD. Keeps the brain
alive though, that's GOOD.
MARV'S BROTHER, ED, MOVED TO FLORIDA this year. They love it. But do
you think it is nice to talk about picking grapefruit and oranges right
out the back door, - - - my brother Mel never does that to us?
'NUFF NOW, I'M TIRED OF TYPING, I HAVE TO GO SHOPPING, BAKE COOKIES,
WRAP GIFTS AND ALL THAT GOOD STUFF so -----------

MERRY CHRISTMAS, HAPPY NEW YEAR AND GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU.

LOVINGLY,

THE ONE AND ONLY
